Location: Dayspring Christian Academy - Northside Jacksonville, FL
Job Types: Full-Time and Part-Time. Dayspring Christian Academy (DCA), a private Christian school in North Jacksonville that is hiring a dedicated kindergartern teacher to join our mission-driven, collaborative team. We are committed to academic excellence, character development, and a nurturing, Christ-centered environment.
Ideal Candidates:
Certified (Kindergarten) or CDA/Early Childhood Degree holders (Preschool).
Experienced in classroom settings with strong knowledge of child development (Kindergarten-First Grade).
Cooperative, flexible, compassionate, and effective communicators.
Skilled in lesson planning, documentation, and classroom management.
Proficient in writing, speaking, and computer usage.
Requirements
Kindergarten Teachers
Must hold a valid Florida teaching certificate.
Responsibilities:
Create and implement hands-on, engaging lessons.
Support student development and provide individualized attention.
Maintain open communication with families.
Collaborate with colleagues and participate in school events and supervision duties.
Hours:
Elementary School : 8:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.
