Machine Operator – Braselton, GA
Pay: Starting at $17.00 per hour, based on experience
Schedule: Monday–Friday

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Machine Operator for a full-time position in Braselton, GA. The ideal candidate will have at least two years of machine-operating experience and the ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Responsibilities
- Set up, operate, and monitor manufacturing equipment.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to ensure accurate production
- Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
- Monitor production output and adjust equipment as needed
- Perform routine machine maintenance and cleaning
- Identify, troubleshoot, and report equipment or production issues
- Work closely with team members to meet production goals
- Follow all workplace safety procedures
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications
- At least two years of machine-operating or related manufacturing experience required
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Familiarity with machining techniques, tooling, and warehouse operations
- Basic math and measurement skills
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to meet the physical demands of a manufacturing environment
