We are looking for hardworking, dependable Dishwashers and Kitchen Porters who take pride in keeping a clean, organized, and efficient kitchen. This role is critical to the success of our operation and is an excellent opportunity to join a growing restaurant group from the beginning.

Responsibilities
- Wash and sanitize dishes, cookware, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Maintain cleanliness throughout all kitchen and back-of-house areas
- Keep dish stations stocked, organized, and operating efficiently
- Remove trash, recycling, and cardboard throughout shifts
- Assist with receiving and organizing deliveries
- Support cooks and chefs with basic kitchen tasks as needed
- Follow all health, safety, and sanitation standards
- Help maintain a clean and professional work environment at all times
Qualifications
- Restaurant experience is helpful but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds
- Availability for nights, weekends, and holidays
- Positive attitude and willingness to be part of a team
