Compensation and Benefits
- Base Hourly Range: $27.00 – $45.00 per hour
What You Will Do
- Install, start up, troubleshoot, and service automated packaging equipment at customer sites
- Assist and train customer personnel on machine operation, setup, and performance
- Support final machine checkout prior to shipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, PLC, HMI, and robotic system issues
- Work with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs, including program navigation and basic edits
- Support equipment involving case packers, shrink wrappers, and robotic systems
- Communicate field updates and machine changes to engineering and service teams
- Represent the company professionally while working directly with customers
What We Are Looking For
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills
- Experience with automated machinery, packaging equipment, industrial equipment, or manufacturing systems
- Ability to work online with Rockwell PLCs and HMIs
- PLC and HMI troubleshooting or editing experience
- Fanuc robot experience or certification strongly preferred
- 2–4 years of field service, maintenance, automation, or related technical experience preferred
- Professional communication skills and a strong customer-service mindset
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
