Responsibilities
- Perform residential and commercial plumbing service, repair, and installation.
- Diagnose plumbing issues and provide effective solutions.
- Communicate professionally with customers and team members.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Complete jobs with quality workmanship and attention to detail.
- Take responsibility for your work and represent the company professionally.
- Assist in leading and mentoring apprentices or helpers when needed.
Requirements
- Current Texas Journeyman Plumber Licensed (Required)
- Experience in both residentiabing and commercial plumbing
- Strong knowledge of plumbing codes and safety standards
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, accountable, and punctual
- Leadership mindset with a desire to grow within the company
- Ability to manage jobs efficiently and meet deadlines
