As a Night Shift Operations Lead, you'll be the heartbeat of our evening operations. You’ll guide our team, ensure smooth shifts, and uphold the high standards that Chick-fil-A is known for.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and support team members across the Front and Back of House

Drive high-performance, efficient shift operations with a focus on care, speed, and cleanliness.

Coach, train, and develop team members, helping them grow with purpose

Maintain food safety, cleanliness, and quality standards.

Proactively resolve guest concerns with professionalism and a caring spirit.

Manage labor, productivity, and closing procedures to prepare the store for the next day.

Communicate shift updates, wins, and challenges to the leadership team.

Minimum 1 year of leadership experience (restaurant or retail.)

Current or previous experience working at a Chick-fil-A

Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Dependable, self-motivated, and energized by team success.

Passion for hospitality, growth, and service excellence.

Available to work evenings, Saturday’s, and select holidays.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus, but not required.

Ability to meet with the leadership team on a monthly basis.
