Performs thorough cleaning of the hotel facility and guest rooms to include changing of linens, making beds, dusting, scrubbing floors/toilets/showers/sinks, vacuuming, removing fingerprints and smudges from mirrors and glass, shining surfaces, replenishing and delivering work and guest supplies, etc.
Removal of used guest amenities and trash.
Inspect rooms for safety hazards and for operational conditions of equipment and reporting to proper departments.
Check for damage and/or missing items.
Report lost and found articles and/or maintenance problems to Hotel Supervisor or Hotel Manager.
Prepares room for guest arrival and responds to special requests.
Updates room status through property management system.
Properly maintains cleaning cart and linen storage area.
Provides excellent guest service to both internal and external guests.
Actively supports the company's culture of Sky's The Limit guest service by anticipating guests needs, responds promptly and acknowledges all guests regardless of how busy or time of day.
All other duties assigned.
