Join our dynamic team as a CDL A Truck Driver specializing in OTR (Over-the-Road) tanker routes average lane is 2 - 5 days OTR per each run and home weekly!!! Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety and compliance with DOT regulations
- Load and unload at our shippers and consignee
- Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, deliveries, and route details in compliance with federal regulations
- Follow designated routes efficiently while adhering to all traffic laws and safety protocols
- Perform routine maintenance checks and report any mechanical issues promptly
- Communicate effectively with dispatch teams regarding delivery schedules, route adjustments, or safety concerns
Experience
- Valid CDL A license with a clean driving record and proven experience in manual transmission truck driving
- Prior experience operating tanker preferred, however not mandatory
- Knowledge of DOT regulations related to commercial driving and transportation safety
- Delivery driver experience on route driving with a focus on timely and secure deliveries
- Strong commitment to safety standards and professional conduct during all aspects of trucking operations
- Must know how to drive a 10 speed manual
- No more than 5 trucking jobs within past 3 years
