We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Apartment Make Ready-Maintenance Technician to join our dynamic team. Duties
- Perform comprehensive make-ready tasks including painting, drywall repair, flooring replacement, and appliance installation to prepare units for occupancy
- Assist with facilities maintenance tasks across the property, including plumbing repairs and general carpentry
- Supervise or assist with subcontractors or team members during large projects or repairs, demonstrating leadership and customer service skills
Skills
- Skilled in painting, drywall repair, and other trades relevant to apartment turnover work
- Excellent communication skills in English to coordinate with team members, residents, and vendors effectively
- Customer service orientation with a focus on resident satisfaction and professionalism
