Summary
Bresnan Bread and Pastry is looking for a front of house team member to join our growing team. We are an artisan bakery specializing in naturally leavened and fermented breads and delicate Viennoiserie located in Historic Downtown McKinney.
Our ideal candidate is friendly, hard-working, and enthusiastic. Previous barista and/or customer service experience preferred. An open mind and willingness to learn are most important. Compensation is based on experience.
Must be willing to work early morning shifts, starting between 4 and 6am.
Must have weekend availability.
Looking for long-term team members to grow with us.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers and build connections
- Efficient usage of POS, including cash handling
- Preparing hot/cold drinks to recipe
- Fulfilling bread/pastry orders
- Knowledge of product including drinks, pastries, and breads
- Punctuality
- Sense of urgency
- Must be flexible, a team player, and have a strong work ethic
- Reasonable cleaning duties
- Maintain stock
- Standing, bending, and lifting
