Seeking an Apartment Maintenance Technician for 2-3 weeks starting immediately to assist with landscaping & other maintenance needs.
Compensation: $20/hr
Day Shift.
SKILLS
- Previous experience in maintenance, landscaping or other related fields
- Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment
- Ability to handle physical workload
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Maintain cleanliness of property grounds daily.
- Perform maintenance inspections and repairs on vacant units to ensure proper operating conditions and appearance upon move-in.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residents.
Job Qualifications:
- Must have high school diploma or equivalent
- Have valid driver's license & active car insurance
- 1+ years experience in maintenance, plumbing, and electrical
- Be able to pass pre-employment drug screen & background
