Dental Assistant – Shoreside Dentistry (Opening Mid-July)
Shoreside Dentistry is a new, privately owned dental practice opening this summer, and we’re seeking a skilled Dental Assistant to join our founding team.
This is a rare opportunity to be part of building a practice from the ground up—helping shape the systems, flow, and patient experience from day one. We are creating a calm, well-organized environment focused on quality care and attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
- Chairside assisting for a range of dental procedures
- Preparing and maintaining operatories to a high standard
- Taking digital X-rays and impressions
- Ensuring sterilization protocols and clinical organization
- Contributing to a seamless, elevated patient experience
Qualifications:
- Dental assisting experience required
- Strong attention to detail and professionalism
- Team-oriented with a proactive mindset
Position Details:
- 32–40 hours per week
- Option for salary for the right candidate
- Competitive compensation based on experience
