Job Overview:
Join our team as a Gymnastics and/or Ninja Coach and inspire young athletes to reach their full potential. We are seeking an experienced and dedicated individual with a passion for gymnastics and/or Ninja coaching to guide and mentor students in their gymnastics/ninja journey. Must be willing to continue learning the sport(s) and become further educated on skills and techniques.
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Plan and lead gymnastics/ninja classes for students of various skill levels
- Teach proper techniques, form, and safety measures in gymnastics
- Create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans
- Provide individualized feedback and support to each student
- Organize and supervise gymnastics/ninja activities and events
- Maintain a safe and positive learning environment
Qualifications:
- Experience working with students in a coaching or teaching capacity
- Knowledge of gymnastics/ninja techniques, skills, and equipment
- Ability to effectively communicate with students, parents, and staff
- Strong interpersonal skills and patience in working with children
- Certification in CPR and First Aid (preferred)
- Background in physical education, childcare, or related field (nice-to-have)
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques
- Experience in Ninja &/or Gymnastics
Job Types: Part-time, Contract
Pay: $10.00 - $25.00 per hour
