About the Role:
Busy real estate agent looking for a motivated assistant to help manage and grow the business. You will be the backbone of customer care and marketing.
Key Duties:
- Social Media: Create and schedule regular posts for listings and local market updates, and work to increase SEO.
- Weekly new letters: Engaging content
- Sphere of Influence (SOI): Clean up the database and stay in touch with past clients. Creativity in sending gifts etc..
- Buyer Follow-Up: Call active/past/potential buyers and sellers to check on their search and schedule appointments.
- Transaction Coordinator (TC): experience and knowledge of MLS, NH real estate documents, dates, and deadlines. Inspection response. Writting addendums. etc.
Requirements: Excellent phone skills, organized, and comfortable with technology. Real estate experience or a license is a big plus but not required.
Pay: From $375.00 per week
