Join our dynamic team as a Senior Project Manager, where you'll lead innovative web and mobile application development projects in a fast-paced environment. This role offers the opportunity to work with virtual teams and third-party resources to drive business objectives and deliver impactful solutions.
- Lead and manage web/mobile application development projects, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Develop and maintain strong partnerships with senior managers to prioritize and direct project initiatives.
- Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables, managing changes and ensuring stakeholder satisfaction.
- Create integrated project plans, track milestones, and manage project dependencies and critical paths.
- Estimate and allocate resources, manage vendor performance, and oversee project budgets and forecasts.
- Identify and resolve project issues, perform impact analysis, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Facilitate communication and knowledge transfer, ensuring smooth transition to business as usual functions.
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience with a PMI certification.
- Minimum of five years of experience in complex project management roles.
- Proficiency in Jira, Scrum, Agile, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and conflict management abilities.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of adjusting to various audiences.
- Experience in the financial services industry.
- Familiarity with application development practices and cloud, network, and security infrastructure.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to coach and mentor project teams.
