We are seeking a well-versed and collaborative Paraeducator/Classroom Assistant to join our early childhood program serving children ages 35. The ideal candidate is passionate about early learning, enjoys working with young children, and contributes positively to a team-oriented, supportive classroom environment.As a valued member of our faculty, you will support lead teachers in creating a nurturing, engaging, and developmentally appropriate learning environment. You will help implement daily classroom activities, support student learning, and foster social-emotional growth.The position is 3.5 hours/day (Mon-Fri).Qualifications:

Experience working with children ages 35 in an early childhood or preschool setting

Familiarity with or willingness to learn Responsive Classroom techniques and philosophy

Associates degree preferred, or successful completion of the ParaPro Assessment/approved training program

Strong communication and teamwork skills

Enthusiastic, patient, and committed to supporting young learners
