ScuttleBugs CDC is a premium child development center, educating and caring for children ages 6 weeks to 6 years old. Our program is full service, providing children with healthy meals, diapers, wipes, infant formula, sunscreen, and nap time linens.
Our programs are inspired by Emergent, Play Based and Reggio Emilia curricula. The curriculum is carefully tailored to meet the needs and interests of the children. ScuttleBugs presents a loving environment, where children make new friends, develop social skills and gain confidence.
Employment Opportunity:
We are seeking a Curriculum and Program Support Lead to support our teachers. This is an in-person, hands-on role for a strong educator who can coach teachers, support center growth, maintain program quality, and step in to lead a class when needed.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands excellent teaching practices, has strong classroom management skills, and can confidently support center management.
Responsibilities:
- Support, coach, and mentor teachers.
- Conduct classroom observations and provide feedback to improve instruction.
- Ensure programs are engaging, organized, and student-centered.
- Step in as a substitute instructor when needed to lead classes and support students.
- Help instructors troubleshoot classroom challenges and provide real-time support.
- Assist with teacher onboarding, training, and professional development.
- Build strong relationships with staff and parents.
- Ensure classroom quality and aesthetics as well as overall program success.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $28.00 - $32.00 per hour
