Job Duties:
- Self-motivated and responsible for day-to-day operation of a small warehouse.
- Can lift up-to 35 pounds without assistance
- Assist in warehouse human resource objectives by training, coaching one part time employee; communicating job expectations; planning, monitoring and making sure they adhere to policies and safety procedures.
- Meet warehouse operational standards by implementing production, productivity, quality, and customer-service standards; resolving problems; identifying warehouse system improvements.
- Maintain and clean the and office and storage area by organizing floor space; adhering to storage design principles; recommending improvements.
- Maintains inventory by conducting physical counts; reconciling variances; inputting data.
- Secures warehouse by turning alarms on; testing systems.
- Keeps equipment operating by enforcing operating instructions; troubleshooting breakdowns; requiring preventive maintenance; calling for repairs.
- Accomplishes warehouse and organization mission by completing related results as needed.

Qualifications and Skills
Experience and Requirements:
- Picking and packing
- Knowledge of Shipstation a Plus
- Forklift certified and able to unload containers.
- Intermediate Computer skills (Microsoft Office, Shipping software, UPS)
- 3+ years of logistic experience
- Valid Driver’s License
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift 35lbs
- Goal-orientated
- 70% of the time on your feet & 30% desk
