Responsible and accountable for (but not limited to) the following:
· Support the QHSE Manager and team with planning, coordinating and implementing effective HSE policies, guidelines and procedures to ensure that the department objectives are met.
· Foster the safety-first culture of Coil Tubing Partners
· Ensure HSE compliance for designated district
· Train operational team members- onboarding, ongoing and annual requirements to ensure that they are fully competent regarding health and safety issues
· Maintain the HSE training matrix for assigned district
· Complete audits and inspections to ensure all worksites are HSE compliant with company policies and safety standards.
· Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions. Recommend best workplace practices to mitigate hazards and eliminate gaps
· Work with the district level management to support operations
· Coordinate and facilitate HSE meetings
· Perform regular field site inspections to ensure policies and procedures are properly implemented
· Maintain records of inspections, findings and produce reports that identify areas for improvement
· Perform risk assessments and provide recommendations to QHSE manager with plan of how risk can be reduced
· Keep up to date with internal Programs, and HSE and DOT regulatory requirements
· Deliver HSE Orientations, reinforce fitness for duty and situational awareness
· Communicate all HSE initiatives, Hazard shares in shift and pre-task briefings and after-action reviews
· Review JSA processes, coach employees to improve HAZ ID and reduce risk
· BBS/Risk Observations, track and promote participation, coach employees on value-based observations utilizing the PPCN approach
· Investigate incidents. Utilize 5-Why RCA process and produce Corrective Actions
· Intervene in unsafe work and immediately take corrective action as required. Identify HSE non-conformance, coach and resolve or escalate as required
· Assist with site ERP development, coach and spot-check awareness of emergency actions. Participate in emergency response drills

Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

· Knowledge of DOT, FMCSA, ANSI, and OSHA regulations
· Strong problem-solving skills based upon knowledge, experience and judgment
· Team oriented professional that has an outgoing personality
· Must have excellent interpersonal skills with ability to adapt to different scenarios and deal with multiple types of personalities / working environments
· Strong HSE commitment and willingness to be a proactive HSE role model and leader
· Highly motivated, self-starting individual with ability to work unsupervised in a high activity environment and achieve results through strong leadership and motivation.
· Knowledge of Stop Work Obligation and skills to perform difficult conversations
· Ability to inspect and evaluate workplace environments, equipment, and practices, in order to ensure compliance with QHSE standards and government regulations.
· Basic awareness of coil tubing and nitrogen equipment, standard operating procedures, and regulation
· Able to locate and reference CTP guidance documents hosted in SharePoint
· Willingness to conform immediately to customer specific standards for on-site employees.
· Good organizational and computer skills, Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite

- hands on Coiled Tubing : 5 years (Preferred)
- leading incident investigation: 5 years (Preferred)
- designated HSE: 5 years (Preferred)
- safeland instruction: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
- Safeland instructor certification (Preferred)
- H2S instructor certification (Preferred)
