Colab Marketing Group is a national field marketing agency specializing in experiential marketing, event staffing, and third-party sales. We partner with premium consumer brands across beverage, lifestyle, and CPG and bring them to life through in-person engagement.
We're growing our Colorado roster and looking for dependable, outgoing people who communicate well, show up prepared, and represent brands with confidence.
The Role
As a Brand Ambassador, you'll work demos, retail activations, sampling events, and live brand activations across Colorado. Your job is to create great customer experiences, start conversations, share product information, and represent the brand professionally.
This is a flexible, part-time role. Strong performers earn ongoing work and become first call for future events.
What You'll Do
- Engage customers with friendly, professional conversation
- Represent brands with confidence and positive energy
- Share product information clearly and approachably
- Set up and break down displays, sampling tables, and event materials
- Communicate clearly with the Colab team and on-site staff
- Submit event photos and a short recap after each shift
- Arrive on time, prepared, and ready to contribute
What We're Looking For
- 21+ with valid ID
- Strong communicator with great people skills
- Professional, dependable, and responsive
- Comfortable working independently in fast-paced environments
- Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs
- Reliable transportation to event locations across Colorado
- Weekend and evening availability is a plus
- Experience in events, retail, hospitality, customer service, sales, or promotions is helpful but not required
- TIPS or alcohol server certification is a plus for certain events
