Local Maryland Company is looking for a Maintenance Technician for an Frederick, MD location. Applicants should have the following skills:
- Knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, & Electrical
- Be familiar with appliance repairs
- Able to service and turn apartments for turnover
- Skilled in Drywall and Painting
- CFC Universal Certification is a plus
- Drivers License required
