What You'll Do
- Provide Psychosocial Rehabilitation (PSR) services to children and youth.
- Help children develop social, emotional, communication, and daily living skills.
- Support independence and positive behaviors through individualized interventions.
- Work closely with parents and caregivers to reinforce skills at home.
- Develop and monitor individualized service plans.
- Collaborate with Care Managers and other providers to ensure coordinated care.
- Complete timely documentation, including progress notes and service plans.
- Attend monthly team meetings and required trainings.
Qualifications
Applicants must meet one of the following:
- High school diploma (or equivalent) with at least 2 years of experience in children's mental health, foster care, addiction services, or a related human services field.
- Bachelor's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another related human services field.
- Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, or another related human services field.
Preferred Qualifications
- Fluent in both Yiddish and English (strongly preferred).
- Experience working with children and adolescents.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Compassionate, dependable, and culturally sensitive.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
- Committed to providing family-centered, strengths-based care.
Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
