Machine Operator (Milling Machine)
Location: Twinsburg, Ohio
Shift: 1st Shift | Monday – Friday | 7:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Pay: $20.00 per hour

We are currently seeking a dependable Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team on 1st shift. This is a great opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing or machine operating experience looking for a stable, full-time position with room to grow.
In this role, you will operate a milling/grinding machine used to remove material and finish metal components to required specifications. Candidates should be comfortable working in a production environment and handling metal parts throughout the shift.
Responsibilities
- Operate a milling/grinding machine to machine and finish metal parts
- Load and unload metal components onto the machine
- Monitor machine operation to ensure quality and efficiency
- Perform visual inspections of finished parts
- Use basic measuring tools to verify part dimensions (preferred)
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow all company safety procedures and production standards
- Report equipment issues or quality concerns to supervision
Qualifications
- Previous machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Experience working with metal products is a plus
- Ability to lift and move metal parts throughout the shift
- Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
- Ability to read a tape measure or use basic measuring tools is a plus
- Dependable with strong attendance
- Ability to stand, bend, and work on your feet for an 8-hour shift
Pay: From $20.00 per hour
