Job Overview
Position Summary:
The Industrial Maintenance Helper assists the Maintenance Supervisor and team with routine maintenance, basic repairs, and preventative maintenance tasks in a manufacturing environment. This is a hands-on role focused on supporting equipment reliability and keeping the facility operating efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Assist with troubleshooting and repairing equipment (hydraulic, mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic systems)
· Help perform preventative maintenance (PM) on machinery and equipment
· Support maintenance team with machine and facility repairs
· Maintain tools, parts, and work areas in a clean and organized condition
· Help track and organize spare parts inventory
· Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Perform other related duties as assigned
Qualifications
· Basic mechanical aptitude or interest in industrial maintenance
· Ability to use basic hand and power tools
· Willingness to learn maintenance skills and follow instructions
· Good communication skills
· Ability to work in a team environment
· Strong attention to detail
· Ability to follow safety guidelines
Equipment Exposure (Training Provided):
· Welders
· Press Brake
· Building systems (doors, basic facility upkeep)
· Forklifts
· Telehandlers
· Other associated equipment

Pay: $17.25 - $20.45 per hour
