CVOR candidates must have a minimum of 18 months full-time CVOR experience of similar acuity within the last 3 years, with strong proficiency in cardiac, vascular, and endovascular procedures

Active GA or Compact RN license currently in hand

CVOR RN candidates must demonstrate strong endovascular experience and proficiency (self-rated 3s and 4s) in cardiac and vascular procedures

Candidates must reside more than 50 miles from the facility to be eligible; local candidates are not accepted

Former permanent staff of this health system must have been separated for at least 1 year before returning; if returning to the same facility, a separation of at least 18 months is required

RTO is limited to a maximum of 5 days per contract; if RTO falls on or near a holiday, the maximum is reduced to 3 days

Only one holiday RTO request is permitted per contract, and consecutive days of RTO during the holiday period will not be approved
