Onsite Coordinator - Construction Support
Turkey, Texas (Hall County) | Full Time
Pay: Up to $25-$26/hour (Based on Experience)
Per Diem: $175/day (Pending Final Confirmation)

We're hiring an Onsite Coordinator to support a major industrial construction project in Turkey, TX. This position is perfect for someone who is highly organized, enjoys working with people, and wants to build a career in the construction industry.

If you have strong communication skills, enjoy staying organized, and are comfortable using Microsoft Excel, we'd love to hear from you.
What You'll Do
- Track daily manpower using Microsoft Excel spreadsheets.
- Coordinate employee orientations and ensure workers complete all required onboarding.
- Schedule site sign-ins and maintain accurate personnel records.
- Assist onsite employees with questions, paperwork, and day-to-day support.
- Communicate with project managers, recruiters, safety personnel, and field supervisors.
- Maintain organized documentation and workforce reports.
- Help ensure compliance with site requirements and onboarding procedures.
- Support additional administrative and project coordination tasks as needed.
What We're Looking For
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office skills.
- Excellent organizational and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
- Comfortable working onsite at an active construction project.
Preferred Qualifications
- Construction or industrial experience is a plus.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
- OSHA 10 Certification preferred. If you do not currently have OSHA 10, Kodiak Labor Solutions will provide the training before you begin work.
