REPAIR & MAINTENANCE ASSOCIATE

SALARY RANGE: $18.02 per hour

DESCRIPTION AND QUALIFICATIONS
Cinnamon Shore is seeking a dependable individual to contribute to an attractive and clean community in accordance with the standards of Cinnamon Shore.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage and prep daily work orders
- Perform daily maintenance on all Rental Properties
- Constantly working to increase each property to maximize revenue for the property and maintain the property value
- Provide superior customer service at all times while always conducting themselves in a professional manner
- Responds to all guest requests and executes prompt, courteous, and accurate guest service at all times
- Assures Maintenance requests are being addressed and handled appropriately- details are shared with the concerned department or third party accurately and consistent guest follow-through
- Maintains a clean and organized work area and company vehicle
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- The ability to anticipate customer needs and multitask.
- Knowledge of standard maintenance, including “minor” electrical, plumbing, light fixtures, ceiling fans, AC, water filters, troubleshooting appliances, general carpentry & sheetrock repair.
- Proven excellence in customer service.
- Capable of using independent judgment and solid decision-making skills
- Interact professionally with all levels of management, guests, and associates
- Self-motivated to accomplish goals with a strong sense of responsibility
- Proven job reliability, diligence, dedication, and attention to detail.
- Must be flexible with working weekends, and holidays.
- Reporting and charging for services
- Efficient time management and completing the tasks and the job duties
- Uphold the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and conduct
- Must have valid Driver’s License
MATERIAL AND EQUIPMENT USED:
- Basic hand and power tools
- Company vehicles: van and golf cart
- Office & equipment: computer, iPad, general maintenance tools
EDUCATION: High School Diploma or GED
EXPERIENCE:
- Maintenance: 1 Year (Required)
- Customer Service: 1 Year (Preferred)
PHYSICAL CAPABILITIES: Sight, Stand, Walk, Bend, Kneel, Reach, Squat, Carry, Crawl, Lift, Climb, Repetitive Motion, Stoop, Push/Pull
WORKING ENVIRONMENT: Indoors 75%, Outdoors 25%
