Medical Spa Office Manager & Sales Leader
Pay: $25.00 – $30.00 per hour + performance-based bonus incentives

We are seeking a high-performing Medical Spa Office Manager with strong sales leadership experience to take full ownership of revenue growth, client conversions, and daily spa operations at Prolase Medispa.
This role is not for entry-level sales or administrative candidates. We are looking for a confident, experienced sales professional who knows how to close, coach, and elevate a team while delivering a white-glove client experience. You will be directly responsible for meeting and exceeding sales goals, supporting technician sales, and building comprehensive treatment plans that drive long-term client retention.

What You’ll Own
Sales Leadership & Revenue Growth
- Serve as the lead sales driver for the spa, consistently closing high-value treatment plans and packages
- Conduct in-depth, consultative client appointments and build customized, multi-service treatment plans
- Support and coach providers and front desk staff on sales conversations, upgrades, and cross-selling
- Ensure technicians are confident, aligned, and supported in recommending services and products
- Drive cross-selling between injectables, lasers, skincare, and wellness offerings
- Track individual and team sales performance and ensure monthly sales goals are met or exceeded
- Convert inquiries, consultations, and follow-ups into booked services and long-term clients
Spa Operations & Leadership
- Oversee daily spa operations including front desk flow, treatment room readiness, and brand presentation
- Ensure equipment maintenance, calibration, and operational readiness
- Implement systems and processes that maximize efficiency and revenue while reducing operational waste
- Process payments and manage CRM, POS, sales tracking, and reporting platforms
- Monitor inventory usage and prepare weekly/monthly inventory and sales reports
- Ensure spa policies, SOPs, and brand standards are executed with precision
Client Experience, Retention & Reputation
- Deliver a seamless, luxury experience from check-in through post-treatment follow-up
- Maintain and elevate the spa’s 5-star reputation across Google, Yelp, and other platforms
- Implement structured follow-up systems to rebook clients and increase lifetime value
- Build strong client relationships that lead to repeat visits, referrals, and package upgrades
Compliance, Risk & Vendor Management
- Maintain licenses, insurance documentation, and health/safety certifications
- Oversee infection control, treatment room sanitation, and clinical standard adherence
- Manage vendor relationships, invoices, receipts, and expense tracking
Who You Are (This Is Critical)
- Minimum 1 year of management experience with proven sales performance in a medical spa, cosmetic dermatology, plastic surgery, luxury healthcare, or high-ticket service environment
- A confident, experienced closer who is comfortable selling comprehensive treatment plans
- Strong background in consultative, relationship-based sales (not transactional)
- Skilled in coaching others to sell while also leading by example
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and polished in appearance and communication
- Comfortable using spa/medical software including CRM, POS, scheduling, and reporting tools
- Knowledgeable in medical aesthetics including injectables, lasers, skincare, and wellness services
- Strong understanding of healthcare compliance and regulations
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and extended hours as needed
