Everpeak Marketing is hiring an AT&T Sales Associate to join our team in San Antonio, TX. This AT&T Sales Associate opportunity is designed for motivated individuals who enjoy face-to-face customer interactions, building relationships, and delivering consistent support. No prior experience is required; we provide hands-on training so every AT&T Sales Associate can confidently engage each customer and provide the right support while representing AT&T.
As an AT&T Sales Associate, you will work directly with each customer, introduce AT&T products, and support every customer through selecting services that match their needs. The AT&T Sales Associate plays a key role in ensuring every customer receives clear information, reliable support, and a positive customer experience. Our AT&T Sales Associate team focuses on providing personalized support so each customer feels confident in their decision.
AT&T Sales Associate Responsibilities
- Speak with each customer face-to-face to introduce AT&T products and provide support throughout the conversation
- Guide every customer through options, answer questions, and support the customer during enrollment
- Navigate the sales and enrollment process for homeowners
- Deliver a professional experience and ongoing support with each interaction
- Collaborate with the AT&T Sales Associate team to maintain consistent support and hit performance goals
Qualifications for an AT&T Sales Associate
- Strong communication skills and ability to provide support in fast-paced environments
- Available to work a full-time W4 role
- Comfortable engaging new people in residential areas
- Motivated to grow as an AT&T Sales Associate, selling AT&T Fiber and wireless products to homeowners
- Driven to earn performance-based, commission checks
