What You'll Do
- Deliver specialized, high-end massage and wellness treatments customized to each client’s needs
- Provide warm, premium service from check-in to check-out, creating a true luxury client experience
- Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend retail products that genuinely support their treatment plan
- Maintain a pristine, fully stocked treatment room and contribute to a clean, organized spa environment

Who Thrives Here
- Active Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT) certification in the State of Texas
- Collaborative, intellectually curious, and open-minded, with a strong work ethic
- Strong interpersonal skills — comfortable building client relationships and making thoughtful retail recommendations
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) proficiency preferred
Compensation & Schedule
You’ll join as a W-2 employee from day one, beginning with a 90-day paid immersion and evaluation period — a chance for us to invest in you, and for you to confirm Yacobewell is the right fit.
- Customizable pay structure: base guarantee or high-yield commission
- Earnings potential: $50,000–$99,000+/year, depending on model and volume
