Proven ability to work independently

Proficiency in MS Word, capable in MS Excel

Capable in Teams/Zoom (training available)

Email + text will also be important communication tools

Familiarity with the construction or architecture field is ideal
Responsibilities
-
Calling or writing emails to obtain or share information
-
Drafting memos or letters or emails or proposals based on existing templates
-
Either taking or editing, then distributing meeting minutes
-
Maintaining project directories and updating file-share or document-sharing platforms and similar communication-related tasks

Updating contact's information in Vantagepoint (training is available)
-
Updating schedules (Microsoft Project, training is available)
-
Updating financial charts (Vantagepoint, training is available) to track project progress, talking to the team's production leads to ascertain progress

Scheduling meetings/calendar management for the two individuals
