Job Summary
Barça Academy PRO Miami is looking for enthusiastic and motivated Goalkeeper Coach to join our Academy program. We seek individuals passionate about youth development, eager to learn, and aligned with the FC Barcelona training methodology and values.
The ideal candidate must show commitment, responsibility, and a genuine interest in teaching soccer to young players in a fun, educational, and professional environment.
Duties
- Assist in the planning and delivery of training sessions/games based on the Barça Academy curriculum.
- Teach and reinforce basic goalkeeping fundamentals.
- Create a positive and safe learning environment where players feel motivated and confident.
- Promote the Barça values of humility, effort, ambition, respect, and teamwork in every session.
- Support the organization of trainings, festivals, and internal events.
- Communicate effectively with players, families, and Academy staff.
- Be proactive in learning and applying the Barça methodology and philosophy through internal training sessions.
Experience
- Previous experience working with children.
- Background or interest in soccer coaching and youth sports.
- Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
- Ability to work as part of a team and follow structured session plans.
- Passion for youth development and teaching through sport.
- Coaching licenses (USSF, UEFA, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the Barça Academy pathway.
