Compensation
$55,000 – $75,000+ annually
Base Pay + Personal Production Bonus + Team Performance Bonus

Daily canvass team production

Appointment-setting volume + quality

Training and onboarding new canvassers

Field ride-alongs and live coaching

Tracking team KPIs (sets, demos, conversions)
