Responsibilities
- Provide a safe, nurturing, and engaging environment for children.
- Plan and participate in age-appropriate learning activities.
- Maintain a clean, organized classroom.
- Communicate professionally with parents and fellow staff.
- Follow all Indiana childcare licensing regulations and center policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Previous childcare experience is preferred but not required.
- Must be reliable, patient, and have a positive attitude.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- CPR certification and TB testing are required. The Director can assist newly hired employees with obtaining these requirements after hire.

Pay & Career Growth
- Competitive hourly pay based on experience and qualifications.
- Teachers with a Child Development Associate (CDA) credential may earn up to $15–$16 per hour.
- Don’t have a CDA? After 6 months of employment, eligible employees may apply to receive FREE CDA training classes through our program to help advance their career and increase their earning potential.

!!!!!!!Now Hiring: Part-Time School Transportation Driver
Amiracle Learning Ministry is looking for a dependable, safe, and caring Part-Time Driver to transport school-age children to and from school.
Responsibilities
- Safely transport children to school in the morning and pick them up in the afternoon.
- Ensure children are safely escorted to and from the vehicle.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and reliable vehicle.
- Follow all traffic laws and childcare transportation policies.
- Communicate professionally with parents and staff.
Qualifications
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must have current automobile insurance.
- Must have a clean driving record.
- Must pass a criminal background check and drug screening.
- CPR certification and TB testing are required. The Director can assist newly hired employees with obtaining these requirements after hire.
- Must be punctual, dependable, and enjoy working with children.

Schedule
- Part-Time
- Morning and afternoon school transportation shifts.
- Additional hours may be available when assisting with childcare or special events.
