Job Summary:
We are seeking a versatile and enthusiastic Instructor to join our team. We are currently seeking a Summer Camp Instructor for the week of AUGUST 10th to AUGUST 14th.
As a Performing Arts Camp Instructor, you will be responsible for leading our campers throughout their day, from teaching various forms of dance, creating crafts, and choreographing. This is an exciting opportunity to showcase your skills as a teacher and create memories with our campers.
Responsibilities:
- Instructing and leading a group of campers with a set daily schedule and lesson plans.
- Maintain a professional demeanor with campers and parents, representing the studio in a positive manner
-Demonstrate strong classroom management and leadership skills
Experience:
- Previous experience in performing arts, such as dancing, gymnastics, singing, and acting.
- Familiarity with daycare or early childhood education settings is a plus
- Experience working with students or children in any capacity (e.g., childcare, tutoring, special education) is highly desirable
- Knowledge of behavior management techniques and childhood development principles is beneficial
- Passion for performing arts education.
