We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Executive Director to lead our community, ensuring excellence in operations, resident satisfaction, and compliance with state regulations.
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Dining Supervisor to lead our food service team in delivering exceptional dining experiences.
Schedule: 11AM-7PM, including every weekend!
Duties
- lead and coach dining room staff during meal service
- ensure excellent customer service for residents and guests
- manage daily dining room operations and staffing
- train and mentor team members
- maintain high standards of hospitality and cleanliness
- coordinate with culinary staff to ensure smooth service
- address resident concerns and ensure satisfaction
What We're Looking For
- Experience in restaurants, hospitality, country clubs, hotels, catering, senior living, or food service
- leadership or supervisory experience
- strong customer service and communication skills
- ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- passion for serving older adults
Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
