Position Description: Nodi Solutions is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Data/Artificial Intelligence Analyst to support impactful projects for our federal clients, with a focus on providing technical and operational expertise to support oversight of the development, deployment, and operation of a mobile broadband network comprised of Long-Term Evolution (LTE), 4th Generation (4G), and 5th Generation (5G) technologies.
Responsibilities may include:
- Support the development of the client’s Data Strategy to articulate how the organization will accelerate adoption of data, analytics, and artificial Intelligence (AI) to enable joint operational situational awareness and data-driven decision-making.
- Develop scripts to curate select datasets for integration into business intelligence data products.
- Enhance existing data pipelines developed to restructure, clean, and transform required datasets for integration into the enterprise data warehouse.
- Enhance and develop new business intelligence data visualizations to provide the right information at the right time for leadership to have joint operational situational awareness and make informed decisions.
- Design, implement, and maintain robust data management frameworks to include but not limited to SQL databases to ensure the integrity, security, and accessibility of enterprise data across mobile network environments.
- Develop and enforce data governance policies, implementing secure data storage and transmission protocols
- Integrate Artificial Intelligence (AI) and Machine Learning (ML) solutions to enhance cybersecurity verification and validation capabilities
- Leverage AI-platforms such as the Palantir Foundry. Ensure that all AI integrations adhere to ethical guidelines, maintain transparency, and support explainability of automated decisions.
- Leverage Power BI and other analytical tools to convey status via dashboards and other visual reporting mechanisms to review, measure, and track approved program and project metrics.
- Provide documentation, training, and continuous improvement strategies to sustain data quality and AI-enabled security capabilities.
- Support a variety of data analytics activities for improving oversight and verification and validation of program deliverables.
- Analyze complex structured and unstructured data. Enrich data using both internal and externally sourced data.
- Employ advanced data science principles, including state-of-the-art techniques as appropriate (e.g., machine learning, artificial intelligence) to develop compelling stories.
- Perform a wide variety of analytics tasks, such as link, pattern, statistical, behavioral, and geospatial analysis.
- Identify unobvious relationships within the data.
- Identify data gaps within existing program deliverables and opportunities for the addition of new data attributes.
Required Qualifications:
- U.S. Citizenship with ability to pass a Department of Commerce public trust background investigation
- Bachelor’s Degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, or Engineering
- Expert in the data and AI management field with 9+ years of experience in database management and AI/ML models and database systems. Substantial knowledge in designing, implementing, and optimizing relational and NoSQL databases as well as a proven ability to integrate AI/ML models with database systems
- Expert level of capability with tools such as ArcGIS, Power BI, advanced A/V technologies, AI/ML, Open Signal, and/or Palantir
- Strong experience in database performance tuning, indexing strategies and query optimization for large-scale systems.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with data pipelines and ETL tools, proficiency in SQL, Python and at least one additional programming language.
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience with cloud-based database services and experience with API development and integration for AI-driven applications.
- Proven understanding of data governance, security compliance and privacy regulations.
- Ability to work independently with time management skills, as well as function in a team environment.
- Ability to complete high-quality, detail-oriented deliverables amid competing deadlines.
- Ability to represent Nodi Solutions in meetings with clients to resolve complex issues and to plan and coordinate work.
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience with Palantir Foundry
- Master’s Degree in Data Analytics.
- Experience with Palantir Foundry.
- Strong project management skills and experience.
- Experience using various data analytics tools for analysis and reporting.
- Prior consulting or program support experience with federal cybersecurity or wireless engineering/telecommunications-focused organizations.
