Physical Therapist Assistant PTA
Pediatric Therapy Associates is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to provide pediatric therapy services in both our clinic and home-based settings. This role focuses on treating infants and toddlers ages 0–3 years old in a supportive, family-centered environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide physical therapy treatment sessions in-clinic and in-home under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
- Work with children ages 0–3 with developmental and motor delays
- Educate and collaborate with families/caregivers on treatment goals and home programs
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
Qualifications:
- Current PTA license in California
- Pediatric therapy experience required
- Experience working with infants and toddlers (0–3 years old)
- Comfortable traveling for in-home visits
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
