Duties
- Greet customers in person at the front desk with a warm, professional demeanor
- Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls promptly and courteously
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing questions, resolving issues, and offering solutions
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and other office tools
- Assist with clerical tasks such as filing, proofreading, and organizing documents to ensure smooth office operations
- Support administrative functions including calendar management, appointment scheduling, and basic bookkeeping using QuickBooks
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area while demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and organizational skills
Skills
- Strong computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and data entry skills
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask efficiently in a busy environment
- Previous office or administrative experience preferred
