Temporary Residential Cleaning Assistant
Crystal Clean Green Cleaning is seeking experienced temporary cleaners to support our staff with residential cleaning appointments in Sarasota and nearby areas.
This is project-based, on an as-needed basis, with no guaranteed hours. Some tasks may be scheduled on short notice, while others can be planned in advance or last several days or weeks, depending on demand.
This role is ideal for someone with cleaning experience seeking flexible daytime work without full-time commitments.
Responsibilities include assisting our team during residential cleaning appointments, cleaning kitchens, bathrooms, floors, bedrooms, and common areas, dusting, vacuuming, mopping, sanitizing, and adhering to our service standards. You will also help keep the assigned cleaner on schedule, travel between nearby client homes during the day, and use company-provided supplies, products, and equipment.
Requirements include prior residential cleaning experience, preferred company cleaning experience, a valid driver’s license, a reliable personal vehicle, the ability to drive between client homes, dependability, punctuality, professionalism, comfort with active work, lifting 25-30 lbs, and respectful behavior in occupied homes.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday daytime hours
- No evenings
- No weekends
- Temporary, project-based
- Hours vary based on client needs and team availability
Pay:
Compensation is specified before each assignment, depending on the project and required time. Payment complies with wage laws.
