Referrals and/or Triage , you’ll play a key role in ensuring our patients receive the care they need. Your responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating and managing patient referrals to specialists or external providers.
- Communicating with patients, providers, and insurance companies to facilitate a smooth referral process.
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of all referral activities.
- Following up with patients to ensure appointments are scheduled and completed.
- Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the clinic’s operations.
- Intake patients,vitials and take down chief complaint
- Move patient to exam rooms or back to the waiting room
To succeed in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 2 year of experience in a similar role or related field.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- A proactive and patient-focused attitude.
- Familiarity with healthcare systems and referral processes is a plus.
