Job Overview
We have a marketing strategy and a set of campaign concepts ready to execute, along with established channels and audiences. We're looking for someone to bring that content to life: producing posts, short-form video, and campaign materials, and managing them across our channels, all within the firm's content review and compliance process.
This is a hands-on role with real ownership and room to grow as the function grows. All firm communications are reviewed and approved internally before publication, so you'll learn to create sharp, effective content that also meets regulatory standards. That's a skill valued anywhere in financial services.
Duties
- Produce content for our marketing campaigns, including materials aimed at experienced finance professionals and active retail traders.
- Draft and schedule content across X/Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Reddit, relevant trading communities, and email, routing all material through the firm's review and approval process before it goes live.
- Cultivate short-form video: pull snippets from longer content (interviews, market commentary, firm footage), clip and caption them, and build a repeatable production pipeline.
- Support interactive campaigns such as the "Retail-to-Desk Audit," from content creation through the appropriate follow-up handoff.
- Build and maintain a content calendar, and help track engagement and performance.
- Identify potential partnership, newsletter, and community opportunities for the team to evaluate.
- Bring ideas and initiative while working within the firm's compliance framework.
Requirements
- Proven experience in social media management or digital marketing roles with a strong understanding of social media platforms’ best practices
- Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, along with media editing tools for content creation and editing
- Knowledge of SEO principles, keyword research, and web analytics to enhance content visibility and measure online performance
- Familiarity with trading communities (Discord, Whop, FinTwit, trading Reddit).
- Ability to craft compelling written content with excellent proofreading skills for diverse audiences
- Experience with different advertising campaigns and overall social media advertising strategies
- Strong relationship management skills to engage with followers, influencers, media contacts, and partners effectively
