Kidvancement Pediatric Therapy is growing, and we're looking for a passionate Speech-Language Pathologist to join our collaborative pediatric team.
Our newly expanded clinic was thoughtfully designed to support creativity, movement, play, and meaningful therapeutic relationships. We believe children learn best through connection, and we strive to create an environment where therapists have the freedom, support, and resources to provide exceptional care.

What You'll Do
- Provide individualized speech-language evaluations and treatment for children ages 0–18.
- Develop collaborative, family-centered treatment plans.
- Work closely with occupational therapists (and future physical therapists) to provide coordinated care.
- Support a variety of communication needs including:
- Speech sound disorders
- Language delays
- Autism
- Social communication
- Early language development
- AAC (experience welcomed but not required)
- Feeding experience (sensory and/or oral-motor) is highly valued but not required.

Qualifications
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Texas SLP license (or eligible)
- CCC-SLP preferred; strong CF candidates are encouraged to apply
- Pediatric experience preferred
- Passion for working with children and collaborating with families
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
Schedule
Flexible options available:

- Full-time
- After-school availability is preferred
