Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly organized and efficient Clerk to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for a variety of tasks that keep our operations running smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:
- Process and handle paperwork and documents related to inventory, shipments, and orders.
- Assist in the management of inventory, including stock checks and maintaining accurate records.
- Provide support to the sales team in processing customer orders and inquiries.
- Handle incoming calls and other communications, directing them appropriately.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
- Assist in coordinating logistics and delivery schedules.
- Perform data entry and update company databases as needed.
- Collaborate with other team members to improve efficiency and customer service.
Qualifications:
- Be able to read and write in Cantonese/ Mandarin (REQUIRED)
- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification is a plus.
- Prior experience in clerical work, customer service, or a related field.
- Familiarity with office procedures and basic accounting principles.
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel, and comfortable with learning new software.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of or interest in Asian food and culture is a plus.

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
