Overview
Amer Technology Inc., in collaboration with Schneider Electric, is seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Wire Assembler to join our manufacturing team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for wiring switchgears and ensuring that all components meet the highest quality standards. This position requires strong electrical wiring knowledge, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work confidently with hand tools and equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Wire and assemble switchgears according to schematics and specifications
- Utilize hand tools and machinery for cutting, stripping, and crimping wires
- Perform soldering tasks to secure electrical connections as needed
- Conduct quality checks to ensure compliance with company and industry standards
- Troubleshoot and resolve assembly issues in real time
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
Qualifications
- Proficiency in electrical wiring and understanding of logic controllers
- Skilled in point-to-point contact wiring
- Ability to read and interpret schematics accurately
- Strong mechanical knowledge; proficient with calipers and other measuring tools
- Previous experience wiring switchgears or in a similar role required
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work
Preferred:
- Familiarity with surface mount technology
- Experience in machining or related fields
