The Home2 Suites by Hilton St. Charles will be opening late September!
We are looking to fill 2 breakfast positions at the hotel, full and part time.
This is an early start time position, 5am weekdays and 6am weekends.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming attitude
- Set up, maintain, and monitor the breakfast area, back and front of house.
- Clean and sanitize all breakfast room surfaces and guest areas
- Engage with guests to ensure satisfaction with food and service
- Respond to guest concerns professionally and help resolve issues
- Maintain knowledge of the rotating breakfast menu
- Follow all health, safety, and food-handling standards
- Deliver consistent, excellent guest service
Skills & Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- Restaurant experience a plus
- Hotel experience highly preferred
- Guest service experience preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Positive attitude with the ability to work well under pressure
- Team player who can also work independently
- Professional written and verbal communication skills
- Willingness to learn and follow all food safety policies
- Flexible, adaptable, and dependable
Physical Requirements:
- Ability to walk and stand up to 100% of the shift
- Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a busy, fast-paced environment
Pay: $15.50 - $16.50 per hour
