I'm a male quadriplegic and am looking for someone who understands the meaning of essential personnel.
I will keep my ad laced with a little humor because the nights are laced with a little humor :-)
(It's not just a job, it's an adventure)
I'm 6' but 135lbs and transfers are done with a ceiling track system and an electric hoist similar to a hoyer (no lifting).
Description:
- Set me up on my exercise arm-bicycle (how I stay at 135 pounds)
- Make my dinner (I have a big air fryer and am always seeking the perfect horseradish buffalo wings recipe)
- Feed me dinner (please, no tractors driving into the barn. I'm an airplanes/hanger kind of guy.)
- Oral hygiene (you only have 1 set of teeth)
- Transfer me to my bed (I reserve the right to flap my wings)
- Setup for the evening
Experience is not necessary. Some of my best aids have been people with NO EXPERIENCE!!!
I have a sense of humor, a lot of patience and am easy to get along with (I think...).
