Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Mental Health Therapist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing mental health support and counseling services to diverse populations. This position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you can make a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals seeking mental health support.
Duties:
- Develop and implement treatment plan reviews tailored to each client's needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices in therapy sessions
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care for clients
- Provide crisis intervention and support as needed
- Maintaining a caseload of 25-40 clients per week, with the option of more clients if you prefer.
Education:
-Education: Must have completed a Master's degree in Counseling (MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), or Clinical Social Work (CSW)
Language:
Fluent in English, Preferred Spanish and/or Creole
License:
- License: Registered with the Florida Department of Health or eligible to register (within 90 days of employment).
Pay: $34.76 - $41.86 per hour
