We're seeking an experienced, bilingual (English/Spanish) Optical Sales Lead to take ownership of our optical department and help drive practice growth.
What You'll Do
- Recommend frames, lenses, and premium vision solutions
- Provide personalized styling consultations
- Educate patients on lens technologies and coatings
- Meet and exceed sales goals
- Help manage inventory and optical operations
- Build lasting patient relationships
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of optical experience
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Strong knowledge of frames, lenses, and coatings
- Sales-driven with excellent customer service skills
- Professional, energetic, and team-oriented
