Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Production Associate to join our production team. In this dynamic role, you will be integral to the assembly and production processes, ensuring that products meet quality standards and safety protocols. Your hands-on expertise and knowledge will help drive efficiency, support process improvements, and uphold our commitment to safety and excellence in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities
· Adhering to the company’s production standards and guidelines
· Ensuring the workstation is always clean
· Gathering and assembling supplies required for production
· Boxing and Taping finished product
· Packaging and getting finished products ready for shipment
· Completing production targets set by the supervisor
· Coordinating and reporting any issues to the Production Supervisor
· Inspecting the finished products for quality control
· Stacking all finished materials in the warehouse
· Sweeping and disposing of trash into bins
· Proper and safe use of box knives
Requirements
· High school diploma or degree
· Good physical dexterity
· Ability to lift 40-50 lbs. on a regular basis
· Ability to work on your feet for the entire shift
· Good communication skills
· Ability to manage time effectively
· Willingness to work independently and as a team member
· Having an eye for detail
· Demonstrating good hygiene standards
· Demonstrating good character and mutual respect
